01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Florida Lawn Service website and any lawn care, landscaping, or related services ("Services") we provide. By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 Estimates & Scheduling

Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or by text are free and based on the information and property details you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment, particularly for lawns that are significantly overgrown or require extra clean-up.

• Lawns overgrown beyond approximately 6 inches may incur an additional charge.
• Trimming of hedges, shrubs, or edges is billed as a separate line item unless otherwise stated.
• We are not a single-visit service — our estimates and scheduling are designed around ongoing, recurring lawn care.

03 Payment Terms

Payment is due before services are completed unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing. We accept debit and credit card payments, either online or on request. Recurring service plans may be billed on a set schedule agreed upon at the start of service.

04 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

05 Property Access & Safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the scheduled service window and to disclose any hazards (pets, irrigation issues, uneven terrain, fencing, etc.) that could affect our crew's safety or the quality of work.

06 Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

07 Licensing & Insurance

Florida Lawn Service operates as a licensed and insured lawn care provider. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

08 Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every property, Florida Lawn Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, irrigation system issues not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from concealed hazards on the property.

09 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
